Returns & Refund Policy

Please contact our Customer Service team letting them know that you would like to make a return. Include which products you would like to return, your order number, and your reason for the return.

 

Please note the following when making a return:

 

  • Request a shipment receipt for safekeeping until the return has been refunded or a replacement shipment dispatched. 
  • The return is processed within 5 working days (excluding weekends) after the receipt of shipment.
  • The goods should be securely and safely packaged to avoid any possible transport damage. 
  • The customer bears the cost of goods that are being returned to our warehouse via a forwarding company.

Products Eligible for Return

You can return the received merchandise within 14 days. In addition, we will give you an extra 16 days 

to return 

the merchandise. Thus, you have a total of 30 days to return your goods to our warehouse. 

 

The products must be returned in their original packaging, without having any traces of being used or opened. 

Please ensure that the items are securely packaged in order to prevent any transport damage from occurring.

Return Refunds

As soon as the return package reaches our warehouse - given the 30-day return period is upheld - the payment will be refunded. Alternatively, we would be happy to issue a store voucher for the payment in question. The following payment options will be credited with the payment corresponding to the returned goods:
